The Power Of Reblogging….It Has The Energy Of Lightening!!

Reblogging is an important feature that I need to do more of.  This post makes several points that are very important to remember.  Reblogging helps both the blogger and the reblogger on many levels.

We continually feel the benefits of using ActiveRain for our Internet marketing.  I have to share with you my opinion of one of the greatest compliments that one agent can do for another.  Reblogging of a post is equivalent to saying, without literally saying it, that you did a great job of presenting that property; or your photos were very nice; or your content describes it well; or maybe all of the above and I’m going to help you get more exposure.

When another agent reblogs one of my posts, it’s a gesture that is appreciated and leaves me very humbled.  It’s a reminder for me to do more reblogging for others.  I focus so intensely on producing my own content that I usually forget about the function of reblogging.

Reblogging provides more exposure for that post; I just did a Google search for “open house Sunday may 1 franklin ma” and there it was, as alive as life itself!!!  I have the top 5 open house titles for that search.  The Villas at Eagles Nest reblogged by Lenn Harley is #4 and my Eagles Nest is #5.

I reblogged a post this morning written by Brenda Mullen about a direct mail marketing postcard for a free market analysis that Brenda will be mailing soon.  If you Google “free market analysis Schertz texas” Brenda is 1 & 2 including my reblog.  That’s the power of reblogging.

If you’re fortunate enough to be reblogged by a “heavy hitter” like Lenn Harley, you will have double exposure or maybe exposure you would not have normally received!!!  Thanks Lenn for today’s reblog.  I certainly appreciate it more than you know.

About susanmorrison

After living in Walpole, MA for many years, our family was transferred to the west coast when I was a senior in high school. In 1983, I graduated from Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, California. I am also a 1987 graduate of Providence College with a major in liberal arts and a minor in business administration. I bring to the table many years of sales experience beginning with thirteen years in Corporate Sales at Delta Air Lines. I'm the mother of three children and I'm very active within the Franklin, MA community. I am also a cancer survivor and support the American Cancer Society Charities.

My husband and I have built five homes and I've lived in a variety of other locations including Toronto Canada, Irving Texas and my current home in Franklin, MA. As a result of all my moving around, I came to the conclusion that I was an expert at moving...why not become an expert on the other side of the table? I earned my real estate license in 2004 and believe that I have found my true niche'. I can empathize with my clients on a variety of levels; whether they are buying or selling. And, like so many other good realtors out there, I believe that possessing good communication skills is one of the many keys to success.
