Market Share For All Offices Doing Business in Franklin MA as of 09/05/2010


I always reblog our office stats for the week.  We are the top producing real estate office in the town of Franklin MA and have been for many years.  Congratulations to all of my fellow agents.

This has been a very productive year at RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin MA.  As you can clearly see, RE/MAX has captured the Franklin MA real estate market with 117 closed Franklin homes with a total dollar volume of $45.4 million dollars and 162 closed transaction sides.  That’s good production in this tough economic environment.

The next real estate office is Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Franklin with 54 closed Franklin transactions for a total dollar volume of $24.7 million dollars and 66 cloesd sides.

The next two are Century 21 Commonwealth in Franklin and Keller Williams in Franklin.  Century 21 has production figures in line with Coldwell Banker’s.

After living in Walpole, MA for many years, our family was transferred to the west coast when I was a senior in high school.
