The pending sales in Franklin have declines slightly.  This is most likely from the end of the availability of the tax credit.

The chart is a reflection of the pending sales for single family homes in the Town of Franklin MA as of June 14, 2010.  The average list price is in the low $400,000 range and the number of pending listings as of today is 29.  That’s a decrease of 12 homes from last week.  Those homes have closed but the pending home sales were not replenished.
